It’s simple. Redeye guarantees you’re getting the best price on all digital manufactured parts using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology. If you should find a better price for the same project or parts just send us your quote and we’ll match it. If you find a better price within 24 hours of placing your order, RedEye will refund the difference plus an additional 5% to show our gratitude.

• cancellation policy

• offer applies to original quote and materials only

• parts must be of the same build quality, slice, thickness, orientation and materials

• standard manufacturing lead times apply

• orders must be placed within 24 hours of receipt of the original quote

• orders must meet the RedEye On Demand minimum order level currently posted on the www.redeyeondemand.com web site - $150 as of May 1, 2009.

Does the size of my order matter?
No, size doesn’t matter. We offer you the best price regardless of the size of your project.

Does your price guarantee cross borders?
Today, our best price guarantee is available on orders originated and shipped within North America (USA, Canada and Mexico).

Are any services excluded from your best price guarantee?
Our best price guarantee is not available for RedEye Premium Services and Finishing Services; including, but not limited to: sanding, finishing, painting, plating or ReadyPart™.

Are there any costs that do not apply to your best price guarantee?
Costs related to tax, shipping and handling do not apply to our best price guarantee.

What if my quote is based on another technology?
We cannot compare estimates based on different prototyping technologies because of the proprietary nature in which parts are built and the materials that are used. Some prototyping technologies that are not a direct comparison to RedEye’s FDM technology are, but not limited to: SLA, SLS, Rapid Injection Molding (RIM), PolyJet and CNC machining.
